Agentic CRM & revenue OS docs

Guides for your agentic CRM

Set up your revenue operating system, run pipeline and service workflows with AI agents, and get help across every app — from Momentum to MCP.

Salestrics is an agentic CRM and revenue operating system for mid-market teams. Pipeline, service, operations, email, chat, analytics, and AI agents share one workspace — so sales, finance, and support work from the same customer records and automated workflows instead of stitching together separate tools.

What Salestrics offers

Most mid-market B2B teams outgrow spreadsheets and point solutions long before they want a multi-year ERP rollout. Salestrics is built for that stage: roughly $1M to $20M+ ARR, with a revenue team, a support function, and growing operational complexity.

In one workspace you get:

  • Shared customer records across sales, service, finance, and operations — leads, accounts, cases, orders, and invoices link to the same people and companies.
  • A full app suite you open from a single App Launcher, with a Dashboard for day-to-day overview.
  • Salestrics Mail on every plan, plus Workspace for files, Docs, Sheets, Presentations, and Calendar.
  • Salestrics AI woven through Assistant, dashboards, mail, and CRM screens — with optional Salestrics MCP so agents in your IDE can read and act on live workspace data.
  • Plan-based limits on seats, records, Drive space, AI tokens, and Auto runs — see Plans and limits for the full comparison.

Every plan includes the core platform, Salestrics Mail, and Resolve for customer service. Paid plans add custom CRM fields, Ledger bank connections, Connect (Team and above), and Orbit! (Growth and above).

Navigate Salestrics

App Launcher

The App Launcher is your map of the platform. From any screen:

  1. Click the grid icon in the top bar (or tap Apps on a phone).
  2. Search by name, or browse Recently Viewed, Pinned, and All Applications.
  3. Click an app to open it. Your last apps appear in Recently Viewed automatically.

Pin the apps you use daily — for example Momentum, Mail, Resolve, and Assistant — so they are always one click away.

Dashboard

Dashboard is the default home after sign-in. Use it to:

  • Follow the setup checklist for a new workspace.
  • See today's schedule and quick links.
  • Jump into the apps and records you touched recently.

New workspaces should start at Dashboard, then open Momentum → Leads to add a first lead. See Getting started for the full first-week checklist.

Admin

Admin is for people who manage the workspace. Open App Launcher → Admin (admin access required). Common destinations:

Apps by category

Sales

Momentum is your CRM: leads, contacts, opportunities, activities, quotes, products, and forecasts. Records share the same underlying data model as Resolve and Ledger, so a support case or invoice can reference the same account your rep is working.

Lead Finder lives inside Momentum. It helps you discover prospects from the public web, verify contact details, and import qualified leads into your pipeline — without leaving Salestrics. Open Momentum → Lead Finder to start a search.

Momentum CRM · Applications

Service

Resolve handles customer service end to end: cases, help articles, service requests, urgent issues, and queues. Because Resolve shares CRM records with Momentum, agents see account history, open deals, and prior cases on the same screen.

Resolve is included on every plan.

Resolve

Operations

Flow tracks supply chain work — inventory, warehouses, purchase orders, and shipments. It is a beta app available on all plans.

Ledger is your finance workspace: revenue and expenses, bank transactions (on paid plans), budgets, forecasts, and printable invoices. Ledger is a financial records workspace — not full accounting software — but it gives mid-market teams a single place to see money in and out alongside CRM data.

Flow · Applications (Ledger)

Productivity

Workspace includes Drive, Docs, Sheets, Presentations, and Calendar. Attach files to CRM records, co-edit documents with your team, and schedule meetings in the same workspace.

Salestrics Mail gives each person a work mailbox. Personal mail, shared inboxes, and record-linked email keep conversations next to the right lead, contact, or case. Open Mail at mail.salestrics.com.

Connect adds team chat and video when your plan includes it (Team and above).

Orbit! is an internal social feed for team posts, shout-outs, and a people directory (Growth and above). People who only use Orbit! do not consume a paid seat on eligible plans.

AI and automation

Salestrics AI appears in many surfaces — not only a single chat window.

SurfaceBest for
AssistantOpen-ended questions, drafts, and tasks across your workspace
AI DashboardPersistent AI helpers, daily briefings, and items that need your approval
In-app AIQuick summaries and next steps inside Momentum, Resolve, Mail, and Workspace
AutoRepeatable bulk changes across hundreds of records (counts toward monthly Auto runs)
Salestrics MCPOutside agents in Cursor, Claude Desktop, or VS Code reading live data and taking approved actions

Assistant and in-app AI draw from your workspace's monthly AI token allowance. Auto has its own monthly run limit. Single-record actions in CRM screens do not count as Auto runs.

To connect an external coding agent, create an MCP key in Admin → Integrations and follow Salestrics MCP. That guide also documents Insight SQL tools, Lead Finder import tools, Ledger finance tools, and Orbit feed tools available to agents.

Analytics

Insight is the business intelligence workspace. Run SQL against live Salestrics data, build visual reports and dashboards, ask natural-language analytics questions, and schedule executive summaries. Insight connects to CRM, support, finance, and warehouse datasets in one place — no separate BI warehouse required for standard analytics.

Open Insight from the App Launcher, or let an MCP-connected agent use Insight tools on your behalf.
