Salestrics Resume
Salestrics Resume is a free AI resume builder. Create, refine, and export a polished resume without a Salestrics workspace account.
Open it at app.salestrics.com/resume.
Resume uses Salestrics AI for rewriting and tailoring. It does not connect to your company's Salestrics CRM or workspace data unless you later sign up for the full platform.
Start a new resume
- Open app.salestrics.com/resume.
- Click Create Resume or go to Build.
- Add your background using one of:
- Upload a PDF resume — text-based PDF up to 10 MB
- Paste or type — career summary and bullet points
- Optional: add a Target role to aim the resume at a job title.
- Click Build my resume.
Salestrics AI structures your input into editable sections: summary, experience, education, and skills.
Upload a PDF resume
- Click Upload a PDF resume.
- Select a text-based PDF (not a scanned image).
- Salestrics extracts text and opens the editor.
Scanned image PDFs are not supported. Copy text manually if extraction fails.
Edit your resume
In the editor:

Improve with Salestrics AI
In the AI Assistant panel:

You can also type a natural command (for example Make this sound like a staff engineer resume) and click Run command.
When shown, a resume score updates after AI edits to reflect completeness and keyword strength.
Match a job posting
- Open Job Match in the editor.
- Paste the full job description.
- Click Analyze match.
You receive:
- Match percentage — overlap between resume and posting
- Missing skills — gaps to address
- Suggested edits — AI actions to improve fit
Run tailoring actions before export when applying to a specific role.
Export to PDF
- Select your template.
- Click Export PDF.
- If a new tab opens, use the browser Print dialog and choose Save as PDF.
Allow pop-ups for app.salestrics.com if export does not open. On mobile, use the print menu in the new tab.
Privacy and data storage

Do not paste highly sensitive personal data (government IDs, health information) unless you accept it being processed for AI generation.

Your saved resumes
Return to app.salestrics.com/resume to see resumes from your current browser session. Click one to continue editing.
If the list is empty after refresh, your session may have ended — start a new resume from Build.
Fix common problems
PDF upload failed
- Use text-based PDFs, not scans.
- Stay under 10 MB.
- Copy and paste text as a last resort.
Export PDF did not open
Allow pop-ups. Retry export, or use Print → Save as PDF in the preview tab.
Resume list is empty
Refresh the page. If still empty, rebuild from Build — session storage may have cleared.
