Admin
The Admin app is where workspace administrators manage the organization, people, access, and billing.
Open it: App Launcher → Admin, or go to /admin.
You need admin permissions to change org settings, add users, or manage billing.
Admin home
Route: /admin
Quick overview of your organization — seat usage, recent users, and links to common tasks.
Organization
Route: /admin/org
Tabbed hub for org-wide settings:
| Tab | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Overview | Summary and shortcuts |
| Company profile | Legal name, address, branding fields |
| Contacts | Org-level contact records |
| Plan & usage | Current plan summary and meters |
| Security | Security-related org settings |
People and access
Route: /admin/users
| Area | Route | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Overview | /admin/users | Headcount and department breakdown |
| Directory | /admin/users/u | Search users, add members, seat meter |
| Groups | /admin/users/g | Team groups |
| Roles | /admin/users/roles | Role catalog (RBAC) |
| Profiles | /admin/users/profiles | Permission profiles |
Adding a user
- Go to People → Directory
- Click Add user
- Enter name, email, and password (must meet password policy)
- Assign role and profile
Each new user consumes a licensed seat. If you are at capacity, upgrade or add licenses from Billing first.
Email uniqueness: An email can only belong to one Salestrics workspace. If the email is already in use elsewhere, use a different address.
Deactivating users
Deactivated users no longer count as active seats but their history remains in the org.
Billing
Route: /admin/billing
- View current plan and upgrade/downgrade via Stripe checkout
- Open the customer portal to update payment method or cancel
- Monitor usage meters:
- AI tokens (org, monthly reset)
- Bulk automations (org, monthly reset)
- Drive storage (per user, cumulative)
- Licensed seats
- Purchase AI token packs (paid plans, not during trial)
Subscription changes trigger in-app notifications for admins and members.
Customization
Route: /admin/customization
Advanced: configure custom applications and modules. Most teams use the default Momentum and Workspace modules without changes here.
Platform settings (Enterprise)
Route: /admin/platform
Available on Enterprise plans only:
- SSO and MFA
- Compliance tiers
- Data retention
- API rate limits
- Per-org Connect limit overrides
Self-serve plans use standard platform defaults.
Roles and permissions
Salestrics uses roles and permission profiles to control what users can see and edit. New orgs receive a seeded RBAC catalog on signup.
Typical pattern:
- Admin — full org and billing access
- Standard user — CRM and Workspace access without admin screens
Adjust roles at People → Roles and assign profiles when adding users.
Org setup wizard
New organizations may see a setup wizard guiding initial configuration — company profile, first users, and plan confirmation.
