Learn how to use Salestrics

Guides for customers and workspace admins — from your first sign-up to pipeline, Connect, Assistant, and billing.

Getting started

This guide walks you through creating a Salestrics workspace and signing in for the first time.


Create your workspace

  1. Go to mysalestrics.com and choose Sign up.
  2. Enter your name, email, and password.
  3. Pick a workspace URL — this becomes {your-choice}.salestrics.com.

Password requirements

Your password must have:

  • At least 8 characters
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character (for example !, @, or #)

Workspace URL rules

  • Use lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only
  • At least 2 characters
  • Some names are reserved (for example admin, dashboard, salestrics) and cannot be used

If you see "This workspace URL is reserved," choose a different name.


Sign in

After sign-up you are redirected to your workspace. On future visits:

  1. Go to mysalestrics.com
  2. Sign in with your email and password
  3. You land on your org dashboard at {your-org}.salestrics.com

Your session works across all Salestrics apps in the same organization — you do not need to sign in separately for Momentum, Workspace, or Connect.

Free Forever vs paid plans

Free Forever gives one user access to the core platform (Momentum, Workspace, Assistant, Ledger, Insight, Auto) with capped CRM records and usage.

Paid plans add:

  • More seats and CRM record headroom
  • Connect team chat and video
  • Orbit internal social (Launch and above)
  • Custom CRM fields on records

14-day trial

New workspaces can start a 14-day Runway trial with:

  • 5 users
  • Unlimited CRM records
  • Runway-level Connect limits (guest meeting links, up to 50 participants, 2-hour calls)
  • Full platform apps

Trial limits are shown on Admin → Billing. When the trial ends, your workspace moves to the plan you selected or Free Forever.


Invite your team

Workspace admins can add users at Admin → People → Directory (/admin/users/u):

  1. Click Add user
  2. Enter name, email, and a temporary password
  3. Assign a role and permission profile

Each active user counts toward your licensed seats. If you are at your plan's seat limit, upgrade or add licenses from Admin → Billing before inviting more people.

Note: Each email address can only belong to one Salestrics workspace. If someone already has an account elsewhere, they need a different email or must leave their other workspace first.


Mobile access

Salestrics works in mobile browsers. On smaller screens, tap the Apps button in the center of the utility bar to open the app launcher. Connect chat and video are optimized for touch.
