Agentic CRM & revenue OS docs

Guides for your agentic CRM

Set up your revenue operating system, run pipeline and service workflows with AI agents, and get help across every app — from Momentum to MCP.

Get started

This guide walks you through creating a Salestrics workspace, signing in, inviting your team, and taking your first steps in sales, support, and admin. For a map of every app, see Applications. For plan prices and limits, see Plans and limits.

How Salestrics is organized

Salestrics splits work across a few hosts. You sign up and sign in at one place, then work in your organization's dedicated URL.

Create your workspace

Before you start

You need:

  • A work email address (one email can belong to only one Salestrics workspace)
  • A password that meets the rules below
  • A workspace URL name your team will recognize

Plans at signup. You can start on Free Forever (no credit card) or pick a paid plan — Solo, Team, Growth, Scale, or Enterprise — to try for 30 days after setup. You can also choose a plan from the pricing page before you register; your choice is remembered through signup.

Step 1 — Create your user account

  1. Go to mysalestrics.com and click Sign up (or open mysalestrics.com/register).
  2. Enter your first name and last name.
  3. Enter your work email.
  4. Pick a username (3–40 characters; lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens). This is used for your profile URL and @mentions.
  5. Create a password and confirm it.
  6. Click Continue.

You become the first administrator for the new organization.

Password rules:

  • At least 8 characters
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character (for example !, @, or #)

Email verification. If your email is not verified yet, Salestrics sends a confirmation message. Open the link in that email, then return to finish workspace setup. Check your junk folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.

Step 2 — Set up your organization

  1. Enter your organization name (for example Brightline Retail). Salestrics suggests a workspace URL from this name.
  2. Choose your workspace URL — the part before .salestrics.com. Your team will bookmark https://{your-url}.salestrics.com.
  3. Add optional phone and website details.
  4. Pick your timezone (defaults to your browser's timezone).
  5. Enter your organization address (street, city, state, postal code, country). This supports billing and company profiles.
  6. Submit the form.

Salestrics provisions your workspace and signs you in. If you chose a paid plan at signup, you are taken to Admin → Billing next to start your free trial.

What you get on day one

Every new workspace includes:

Included from the startNotes
DashboardCommand center with app shortcuts and a setup checklist
Momentum CRMLeads, contacts, opportunities, and activities
ResolveCustomer cases and knowledge base — on every plan
WorkspaceDrive, Docs, Sheets, Presentations, and Calendar
Salestrics MailPersonal mailbox at @mysalestrics.com
AssistantSalestrics AI chat (monthly token limit by plan)
Insight, Auto, LedgerAnalytics, bulk workflows, and finance tools
AdminPeople, billing, organization settings, and more

Some apps unlock on higher plans — for example Connect (team chat and video) starts on Team, and Orbit! starts on Growth. See Plans and limits.

Workspace URL rules

Your workspace URL is permanent for practical purposes — pick a name your team will keep using.

RuleDetail
Format{name}.salestrics.com — only the {name} part is yours to choose
LengthAt least 2 characters
CharactersLowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only
PatternMust start and end with a letter or number (no leading or trailing hyphens)
UniquenessEach URL can be used by one workspace. If yours is taken, Salestrics suggests an alternative.
Reserved namesSystem paths and brand names are blocked (for example admin, dashboard, salestrics, register, mysalestrics)

Examples:

Organization nameValid URLInvalid URL
Brightline Retailbrightline-retail.salestrics.comBrightline.salestrics.com (uppercase)
Acme Coacme-co.salestrics.coma.salestrics.com (too short)
42 Labs42-labs.salestrics.com-42labs.salestrics.com (starts with hyphen)

Share https://{your-url}.salestrics.com with your team. They still sign in through mysalestrics.com; Salestrics routes them to the right workspace after authentication.

Sign in again

  1. Go to mysalestrics.com.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Salestrics opens your workspace Dashboard (or the last app you used).

Forgot your password? Click Forgot password on the sign-in page. Salestrics sends a secure reset link. See Troubleshooting if you still cannot get in.

One email, one workspace. Each email address can belong to only one Salestrics organization. If someone needs to join a different workspace, they need a different email or must leave their current workspace first. Contact Support if you are stuck.

Your first hour

After setup, work through these steps in order:

  1. Open Dashboard. Review the Organization setup checklist at the top. Click Start setup wizard or open individual tasks.
  2. Open Momentum → Leads. Add your first lead or import a contact you already know.
  3. Open Workspace → Drive. Upload a file or create a Doc so your team has a shared place for proposals and notes.
  4. Open Salestrics Mail at mail.salestrics.com. Send yourself a test message to confirm your mailbox works.
  5. Open Assistant. Ask a question about your workspace — for example, "What apps are available on my plan?"
  6. Open Admin → Organization. Confirm your company name, timezone, and address are correct.
  7. Open Admin → Billing. Confirm your plan, start a trial if you want one, or stay on Free Forever.

Press Ctrl+K (Windows) or Command+K (Mac) anywhere in the workspace to search for an app or record quickly.

Use this checklist to get production-ready in your first seven days. The same tasks appear on your Dashboard until you complete or dismiss them.

Try a paid plan for 30 days

Each workspace gets one free trial on any paid plan. The trial lasts 30 days. You do not need a credit card to start.

You can also start from the pricing page by choosing a plan before you register; Salestrics carries that choice through signup.

  • A banner on Dashboard shows how many trial days remain.
  • You cannot buy extra seats or additional Salestrics AI tokens during the trial.

No open seatsOpen Admin → Billing to upgrade your plan or buy additional seats ($25/month per person on paid plans).
One email ruleOne email address works in only one Salestrics workspace.
Turn someone offFind them in Users → Directory and turn off access. Their past work stays; they no longer use a seat.

For groups, departments, roles, and profiles, see Admin.

Use Salestrics on a phone

Salestrics runs in your phone's web browser — no separate app store download required. The interface adapts to smaller screens with touch-friendly controls.

Open Salestrics on mobile

  1. Open Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android).
  2. Go to mysalestrics.com and sign in, or go directly to https://{your-org}.salestrics.com.
  3. For email on the go, open mail.salestrics.com.

Mobile navigation

On a phone, a bottom bar gives quick access to:

ControlWhat it does
Apps (grid icon)Opens the app launcher — same apps as on desktop
AssistantOpens Salestrics AI chat
ConnectTeam chat and meetings (Team plan and above)
InboxShortcut to your mail
MoreExtra utilities such as Orbit! when your plan includes them

Inside Connect, tap a channel to open it and swipe between the channel list and messages. Mail has its own bottom navigation for folders and compose.

Add to your home screen (optional)

For faster access, add Salestrics to your phone's home screen:

  • iPhone (Safari): Tap the Share button → Add to Home Screen.
  • Android (Chrome): Tap the menu (⋮) → Add to Home screen or Install app.

This creates a shortcut that opens Salestrics in full-screen browser mode. Sign-in still goes through mysalestrics.com.

Security basics

Salestrics is built for business data. Follow these practices from day one.

Accounts and passwords

  • Use a strong, unique password for your Salestrics account.
  • Do not share passwords in chat, email, or support tickets.
  • Use Forgot password on the sign-in page if you need a reset — Salestrics never asks for your password by email.
  • Give each teammate their own account. Avoid shared logins.

Roles and access

RoleTypical access
AdminManage people, billing, organization settings, AI guardrails, integrations, and security options
Standard userDaily work in CRM, Resolve, Workspace, Mail, and other apps — no Admin areas

Open Admin → Users → Access management after adding someone. Use Groups, Roles, and Profiles for larger teams. Details in Admin.

Sessions and sign-in

  • Sign in at mysalestrics.com. Salestrics uses a secure session that works across salestrics.com hosts.
  • Sign out on shared or public devices when you are done.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and ask your admin to review Users → Directory.

Salestrics AI and data

  • Your admin controls AI in Admin → AI Guardrails — which apps can use AI, whether AI can change records, and answer size limits.
  • AI use counts toward your workspace's monthly token limit. Check usage in Admin → Billing.
  • Do not paste passwords, payment card numbers, or highly sensitive personal data into Assistant.

Enterprise security (Enterprise+ plans)

SSO, multi-factor authentication (MFA), compliance tiers, data retention controls, and custom API rate limits are available on Enterprise+ plans under Admin → Platform settings. Self-serve plans (Free Forever through Enterprise) use Salestrics standard security defaults.

For agent connections to outside AI tools, see Salestrics MCP — admins create scoped API keys and can require approval before agents change data.

Report a security concern

Open Salestrics Support, sign in, and mark the issue as urgent for safety or security problems. Do not include passwords or full payment details.
