Learn how to use Salestrics

Guides for customers and workspace admins — from your first sign-up to pipeline, Connect, Assistant, and billing.

Applications

Salestrics is organized into applications you open from the App Launcher (grid icon in the sidebar). Each app has its own sidebar modules, but all apps share the same customer data.


How the launcher works

  • Recently Viewed — apps you opened lately
  • Pinned — apps you pinned for quick access
  • All Applications — everything available on your plan

Some apps are available based on your plan (for example Orbit on Launch and above).

Dashboard is always reachable from the sidebar — it is your org home page.


Momentum

Route: /momentum

Your CRM for go-to-market teams.

  • Leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, quotes, products, and activities
  • Custom list views with filters, column sort, and show/hide columns
  • Record workflows (convert lead, create quote, send email)
  • Feed tab on record pages — activity stream for that record
  • Attach files from Workspace Drive

Workspace

Assistant

Route: /assistant

AI chat that can query your live CRM data and run workflow tools. Usage is metered per organization — see Assistant and Plans and limits.


Ledger

Route: /ledger

Financial records workspace — revenue, expenses, bank transactions, budgets, forecasts, and invoices. Connect bank accounts on paid plans via Stripe Financial Connections; sync activity and reconcile against expenses and revenue.


Insight

Route: /insight

Analytics preview on your live Salestrics data.

Save preset queries, build dashboards, and run reports on your live CRM data.


Auto

Route: /auto

Bulk automations — run actions across many records at once (for example bulk update or bulk workflow). Bulk runs count toward your org's monthly automation limit.

Record workflows on individual CRM pages (sidebar on a lead or opportunity) do not count toward this limit.


Orbit

Route: /orbit
Requires: Launch plan or above (including trial)

Internal social for your team — timeline and people directory. CRM record pages still show a Feed tab for activity even if your plan does not include the Orbit app.


Admin

Organization administration.
