Workspace
Workspace is where your team stores files, writes documents, builds spreadsheets, creates presentations, and manages the calendar.
Open it: App Launcher → Workspace, or go to /workspace.
Drive
Route: /workspace/drive
Upload, organize, and share files. Each user has a Drive quota based on your plan — see Plans and limits. Storage is per person and does not reset monthly.
Supported file types
Documents and office files: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, text, CSV, and more route to the right editor or viewer.
Photos: PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP, AVIF, BMP, HEIC, HEIF, TIFF, SVG, and ICO.
Video and audio: WebM, MP4, MOV, MKV, MP3, WAV, and other common formats.
Upload from your computer or phone — mobile photo formats like HEIC are supported.
Sharing
Share files with teammates in your organization. Files count against the uploader's Drive quota.
Meeting recordings
When you record a Connect video meeting, the file is saved to your Drive under the Meeting recordings folder (counts toward your quota).
Docs
Route: /workspace/docs
Rich-text documents with formatting. Create from Drive or open .doc, .docx, .txt, and similar files in the Docs editor.
Sheets
Route: /workspace/sheets
Spreadsheets for tables and calculations. Open .xlsx, .csv, and related formats.
Slides
Route: /workspace/slides
Build presentations inside Salestrics.
- Themes — Salestrics, Midnight, Sunrise, Forest, Slate, Paper
- Layouts — title, title + content, section, two-column, quote, closing
- Speaker notes — per slide in the editor
- Present mode — fullscreen presentation from the editor or during a Connect meeting
Open .ppt, .pptx, and related files from Drive.
Calendar
Route: /workspace/calendar
Create events with two visibility levels:
| Visibility | Who can see it |
|---|---|
| Organization | Everyone in your workspace |
| Private | Only you (the creator) |
Only the creator can edit or delete a private event.
Connect meetings
Schedule Connect video meetings from calendar events. Scheduled meetings appear in your Connect meetings list.
The Dashboard also shows a calendar widget that respects event visibility.
Tips
- Use folders in Drive to keep deal documents organized by account or quarter
- Set sensitive calendar blocks to Private when you need focus time hidden from the org
- Present Slides directly in a Connect call instead of screen-sharing another tool
