Agentic CRM & revenue OS docs

Guides for your agentic CRM

Set up your revenue operating system, run pipeline and service workflows with AI agents, and get help across every app — from Momentum to MCP.

Workspace

Use Workspace to store files, write documents, build spreadsheets, create presentations, and manage your calendar — all inside your Salestrics workspace. Attach files to CRM records, share with teammates, and present slides in Connect meetings.

Workspace is included on every plan. Storage limits depend on your plan — see Plans and limits.

Workspace apps

Drive/driveFiles, folders, uploads, and sharing
Docs/docsLong-form documents and collaboration
Sheets/sheetsTables, lists, and formulas
Presentations/presentationsSlide decks and speaker notes
Calendar/calendarEvents, availability, and Connect meetings

Open any app from the App Launcher or from Workspace home.

Store and find files in Drive

  1. Open Workspace → Drive.
  2. Click Upload or drag files into the window.
  3. Create folders to organize by team, customer, or project.
  4. Open a file to preview or download.

Supported uploads include common office formats, images, PDFs, audio, and video within your plan's size limits.

Search Drive

Use the search bar to find files by name. Combine with folders to narrow large libraries.

Share a Drive file

  1. Open the file in Drive.
  2. Click Share.
  3. Choose workspace members and their permission level (view or edit).
  4. Save.

Share only with people who need access. Files on CRM records may also appear in the org Files module — see Momentum CRM.

Link files to sales records

Attach Drive files to leads, contacts, accounts, or opportunities in Momentum so contracts and proposals stay next to the deal. The file remains in Drive and is referenced on the record.

Check your storage

Drive space is per user on your plan. Email attachments in Salestrics Mail also count toward your Drive quota.

If an upload fails:

  1. Open Admin → Billing (or the storage indicator in Mail) to see usage.
  2. Delete or archive files you no longer need.
  3. Ask your admin about upgrading for more storage per seat.

Organization Files storage (shared CRM attachments) is separate — typically 2× your per-user Drive allowance org-wide.

Write in Docs

  1. Open Workspace → Docs.
  2. Start blank or from a template.
  3. Add headings, tables, images, and comments.
  4. Changes save automatically.

Comments let teammates suggest edits without changing the main text. Use Download As to export PDF or other formats for external sharing.

Open existing docs from Drive or create new ones from a folder.

Build spreadsheets in Sheets

  1. Open Workspace → Sheets.
  2. Create a blank sheet or use a template.
  3. Enter data and use formulas for totals, averages, and lookups.
  4. Share with teammates who need edit access.

Sheets work well for pipeline exports, roster lists, and simple models. For analytics across live CRM data, use Insight instead.

Create presentations

  1. Open Workspace → Presentations.
  2. Pick a theme and layout.
  3. Add slides, images, and speaker notes.
  4. Click Present for fullscreen mode.

Share decks in Connect meetings via screen share or the built-in presentation picker.

Calendar and meetings

Create an event

  1. Open Workspace → Calendar.
  2. Click a time slot or New event.
  3. Add title, location, description, and attendees.
  4. Set recurrence for standing meetings.
  5. Mark Private when only you should see details.
  6. Save.

Add a Connect video meeting

  1. Create or edit an event.
  2. Click Add Connect meeting.
  3. Invite attendees from your workspace.
  4. Save — join links appear on the event.

Attendees open the meeting from Calendar or Connect → Meetings. See Connect for guest links and plan limits.

Use Salestrics AI in Workspace

Salestrics AI can help draft, shorten, rewrite, or summarize content in Docs and related surfaces:

  1. Open the AI panel where it appears in the editor.
  2. Ask for an outline, executive summary, or table structure.
  3. Review and edit the output before sharing.

Do not paste regulated or highly confidential data unless your admin allows it in Admin → AI Guardrails.

Collaboration tips

  • One folder per customer or project keeps Drive tidy for growing teams.
  • Version clarity — use file names with dates (Q3-Proposal-Acme-2026-08.pdf).
  • Comments over chat for document feedback; use Connect for real-time discussion.
  • Calendar hygiene — mark focus time private so others know when you are unavailable.

Fix common Workspace problems

Upload fails

Check Drive quota, file size, and network. Try a smaller file or free space first.

Teammate cannot open a shared file

Confirm they are in the workspace, the share list includes them, and their role allows Drive access.

Doc or sheet will not load

Refresh the page. If the problem continues, try another browser and check Troubleshooting.

Recording uses all my storage

Meeting recordings save to the host's Drive. Move old recordings to an archive folder or delete them after distributing notes.
