Plans and limits

Salestrics plans control how many people can use your workspace, how much data you can store, and which premium features are unlocked.

View your current plan and usage at Admin → Billing (/admin/billing).

Annual billing saves two months (pay for 10 months, get 12).


14-day trial

New workspaces can evaluate Runway for 14 days:

  • 5 users
  • Unlimited CRM records
  • 1 GB Drive per user
  • 1M AI tokens per month
  • 1,000 bulk automation runs per month
  • Runway Connect limits (see Connect)

How usage is metered

AI tokens (Assistant)

  • Shared org-wide pool per month
  • Resets on the 1st of each month (UTC)
  • When exhausted, Assistant chat is paused until the reset or you purchase a token pack (paid plans, not on trial)
  • Shown on Admin → Billing and in the Assistant sidebar

Bulk automations (Auto)

  • Shared org-wide pool per month
  • Resets on the 1st of each month (UTC)
  • Only runs started from Auto (/auto) count — not workflows on individual CRM record pages

Workspace Drive

  • Per user — each person's upload quota is separate
  • Does not reset — storage is cumulative until you delete files
  • Uploads blocked when a user exceeds their plan's Drive limit

CRM records

  • Counted across all CRM modules in your org
  • Free and Startup/Launch tiers have caps; Runway and Scale are unlimited

Licensed seats

  • Counted when admins add active users
  • Enforced at Admin → People → Add user
  • Upgrade plan or buy additional licenses when at capacity

Connect limits by plan

Connect chat and video require a paid plan. Video limits:

Trial workspaces use Runway Connect limits and Runway+ bank connection limits (unlimited).


Ledger bank connections

Bank account linking and transaction sync (Stripe Financial Connections) require a paid plan:

Connect accounts from Admin → Bank connections (/admin/bank-connections). Organization administrators must complete Stripe Identity verification before connecting accounts. Link synced activity to expenses and revenue, or create new Ledger records from bank payments.

Upgrading or changing plans

  1. Go to Admin → Billing
  2. Choose a new plan or open the Stripe customer portal to manage payment method
  3. Changes apply to your organization immediately after checkout completes

After a plan change, usage meters reflect new limits on the next page load. Drive storage already in use is not removed — you may need to delete files if the new plan has a lower per-user cap.


Enterprise

Organizations with advanced needs (SSO, MFA, compliance tiers, API limits, unlimited Connect) can upgrade to Enterprise. Platform settings at /admin/platform are available on Enterprise. Contact Salestrics sales for Enterprise pricing.
